Missing Crypto Deposits, No Resolution After 2+ Weeks
I made two cryptocurrency deposits to my account on 30 May 2026, one ETH and one BTC, totalling approximately A$102. Both transactions are fully confirmed on-chain with thousands of confirmations. Neither has been credited to my account.
I have contacted support multiple times and received responses from multiple agents advising the matter is “under review” and has been escalated to the finance and crypto operations team. Despite this, I have received no resolution, no timeline, and no credit to my account.
It has now been over two weeks with nothing but copy-paste responses. I am not asking for anything unreasonable, just for funds that are verifiably confirmed on the blockchain to be credited to my account.
I would appreciate someone from SpinBet reaching out to actually resolve this rather than sending another generic holding response.
