Incompetent live support agents
Its evident that live agents run the casino and are above management/marketing and vip managers They can block you for no reason, they can spread misinformation and misled you as much as they want and are just Incompetent people to deal with. They are one of the main reasons why players are leaving the spinbet brand. As a platinum 1 I've requested my account to stay permanently closed as I move on to a more reputable casino.

I would advise anyone NOT to deposit any form of crypto to Spinbet. They’re still advertising you receive a VIP host for reaching Platinum 1, they’ve stripped lots of players of their VIP benefits . I had to personally wager over 300k to reach it just to have it taken away , it’s very misleading and dishonest. Now they say you have to wager x amount to keep it, so not only do you have to wager a ridiculous amount to reach it, you then have to continually wager an undisclosed figure or they can take it away in a split second with no warning what so ever. The site used to be talked about in such a good light but there’s a lot of negativity surrounding it now. Very dirty tactics in my opinion.

I’ve been waiting for a withdraw for 5 days and still have yet to see it. Not sure if they just plan to keep my winnings or what. This is the longest cash out I’ve seen. As for the support through the site, they respond but never give me an answer it is an automated reply saying the "relevant team" is looking into it. Im starting to think there is no team at all
