The reasons we love to lose
When I entered the world of online slots, I didn't expect to win anything at all, however when I got my first max win on fruit party, I realised that there was alot of potential in winning, if I could only figure out how best to beat the casino. Since I have joined spinbit/SpinBet, the experience has been a roller coaster, some amazing wins and some tough loses, over I feel my time with SpinBet has been good, I spent alot of time and money through the old system and through Spinbit, but when SpinBet came into the room, everyone gravitate towards her, as she was new, exciting and had other features like sports betting and referral bonuses...... Here lies one of my major gripes, I feft I had earned a great rewards tier and had wagered alot, aswell as depositing thousands, this mattered very little when switching over to SpinBet and had to start my tier run from the very bottom again. Now I understand I could have stayed with spinbit and continued my top tier prestige, however, with SpinBet major streamers, to which I follow all if not most of them, they all seemed to have the additude and intentions of moving over and that we should follow. If our tier ranks had stayed the same, or even was half of what I earned and "paid for", I feel the pill would have been alot easier to swallow,but alas, neither of these were the case and felt like the hours and money spent on a company and site, were pushed aside to make room for the new and better thing, which swayed my loyalty and had stopped me from putting alot more money into the site. Nevertheless we get over our disagreements and we move on, I have found SpinBet to be a site that is user friendly, support staff are mostly very helpful and the selection of games is always top their with new games coming out at the same time as other well known online slot sites eg. Gamdom and viperspins. One thing that has recently been a frustrating experience is the amount of times I can't play certain games or like tonight, the whole site went down for a period of time and was unable to play anything, these problems seem to becoming more and more frequent and hope within time, they don't happen at all. In conclusion, would I recommend this site to new gamblers wishing to explore the forbidden playground of online slots? Yes I would, I would also direct them to the content creators and streamers, these people are the backbone of your site and deserve all the credit to which I no doubt, feel, you give them. 3 stars out of 5, due to the fact that you make me happy and inspire me to want more, but you can also make me feel like I'm nothing at all, then realise, all of that, is no ones fault, but mine....... Sadly the good experience with Spinbet Casino has Slid downhill at a astounding rate, the support staff generally take over an hour to respond, also there is faults in their promotion systems and rewards almost every single week or with any new comp they run. these 2 problems combined make for a very frustrating experience as you don't receive what your meant to and you have to wait hours sometimes for a response. would recommend avoiding this site as if you encounter a problem it will likely take some time to get it sorted. this is an edited review as when they first started operating it was a good site now they a big enough customer base they care little for customer support. they do payout and its not a scam casino but there are far better options out there. =)
