I submitted my bank statements, additional supporting documents, Binance transaction history, and detailed casino transaction histories from other platforms to demonstrate my financial activity. Despite providing all this evidence, they continue requesting my last two payslips, even though I am currently unemployed and do not receive a salary. Gone wayyyyyy downhill

Experience started off ok, bonuses were good enough and payouts were fast enough but then... Now that Ive invested a tonne into the site its all gone downhill. The VIP program now is useless. All they do is copy paste replies as to why they wont give you a bonus. My new host was Tarra, same thing. Started good. But then turned terrible. Went on vacation for a week and left me with no contactable host. Same copy paste replies over and over. Ive lost $20k usd in the past 4 months and my last bonus was $10. Its pretty embarrassing. The live support didnt work for a whole week and wouldn't return emails either. Not to mention the debacle of the site going offline for a few days to an attack. No compensation for that either. Ohwell, was a promising site to begin but its going to go down the drain the way they treat their players.

Xavier - Poor Customer Support. Razed FAKE referrals for Streamers

Poor customer support. Am 100% sure I added referral code for streamer. Asked Xavier via support - said no not there. Xaviour could not and would not do anything to resolve it for the future. Basically "too bad". Asked to escalate to support or would cancel account. Xavier cancelled the account and logged me out -account closed. Extremely poor customer service. Warned the popular streamer and wasn't impressed. STREAMERS BEWARE - If you refer someone, Razed do nothing to help, Im certain it was added upon signup. Seems Suspicious to get more customers and not be honourable with referral commissions. As my account was closed without escalation this "customer service" has turned me off - even after spending with Razed and being a "Customer". Sending to FairTrading onbehalf of streamer - as requested.
