I have mixed feelings writing this review. Firstly I would like to say I have no issues with the site itself. The problem I have is with the support team and the response or rather the lack of. I have developed a gambling issue that I am trying to resolve and have asked Slotlair to close my account on numerous occasions but have not had one response to date. So the warning I would give is when you sign up be aware it seems you are locked in for the rest of your life.

I’ve had pending withdrawals on SpinBit for over five days. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same generic response telling me to wait longer while the “internal team” investigates. After waiting several days with no progress, I decided to cancel my withdrawal and submit a new request in case there was a technical issue. Instead, the cancellation itself became stuck in another queue, and I was told I would need to wait even longer for that to be reviewed. It makes little sense that a simple withdrawal cancellation requires manual review and additional waiting time. The entire process has been frustrating, and customer support has provided no meaningful updates or solutions. Based on my experience, the withdrawal process is extremely slow, customer service is unhelpful, and communication is poor. Probably all from here, except those wo give 1 star are bots. I sent more than 9 KYC verification. I have a pending withdraw of 800€ from 3 weeks. I sent very clear photos and some official documents for address. Everytime, they reject the documents. Now, in the last KYC they tell me that they need photo with the card.
