I’ve never had an issue with this site… until now. I have been trying to withdraw winnings since 13 June using the same method that I always have. The withdrawal continually declined until it was suddenly approved on 14 June. Funds still have not shown in my account whereas previous withdrawals were same day or overnight. Support have been terrible - copy and paste, AI type responses with a promise that the issue had been escalated (multiple times) and that they will contact me with an update, initially within 24 hours - now they won’t commit to a timeframe. No one from Support or Finance has reached out with a resolution or explanation throughout, I have had to continually contact them. They have blamed my bank however my bank has advised that there is no deposit or attempted deposit matching the amount declined. I have since asked for specific transaction details relating to this payment and they have failed to provide. I'm not buying their generic responses and they fail to respond to the questions I have asked. I acknowledge that Support are just the frontline, however they aren't capable of giving any advice on real issues. If Spinbet do see this review, I already know what their response will be - we are looking into this, we will contact you, we have been upgrading our systems.
