Es una vergüenza cómo funciona esta plataforma. Los juegos en vivo son completamente inestables. Se tildan, se congelan en la mitad de las rondas y te terminan sacando de la partida casualmente cuando vas ganando o en momentos clave.
Por culpa del mal funcionamiento de su sistema y las constantes caídas de conexión de sus servidores en las salas en vivo, he llegado a perder 100.000 ARS. El juego se congela, no te toma las acciones y la plata desaparece sin que te reconozcan absolutamente nada.
El soporte no da respuestas serias y se lava las manos. No gasten su plata acá si quieren jugar en vivo, el sistema falla constantemente y nadie se hace cargo de las pérdidas ocasionadas por los propios errores de su pagina.

Es totalmente falso que sea un problema de mi conexión a internet o de mi dispositivo; juego en otras plataformas en vivo y funcionan a la perfección. Sus servidores se congelan en rondas clave y las pérdidas de saldo (los 100.000 ARS) son reales y causadas por los fallos de su propia página.
El soporte privado no soluciona nada, por eso me vi obligado a exponerlos de forma pública. No se sigan lavando las manos con respuestas automáticas. Exijo que el departamento técnico audite las jugadas congeladas y me devuelvan el dinero que se tragó el sistema.

Vegastars Promised Action Publicly – Still No Meaningful Response
This is now a follow-up to my original review.
Nearly two months after my formal complaint was first raised, I am still waiting for a substantive response from Vegastars.
During this period, Vegastars publicly stated that my complaint was receiving their “highest priority” and that their VIP management team was handling the matter directly. Despite these assurances, there has been no meaningful resolution and key questions remain unanswered.
My complaint involves repeated responsible gambling concerns that were raised directly with the platform, including requests for assistance, withdrawal cancellation concerns, escalating losses, loss-chasing behaviour and ongoing VIP engagement while those concerns were being discussed.
I also raised concerns regarding gameplay irregularities and specific incidents that were reported at the time. After significant delays, I was later advised that certain records were no longer available for review.
Since lodging my complaint, I have provided evidence, submitted formal requests for records, followed up repeatedly and attempted to engage constructively with the operator.
What concerns me most is not only the original conduct, but the continued lack of accountability. Public statements that a complaint is being prioritised carry little weight when weeks pass without meaningful answers.
I remain willing to review any evidence or response provided by Vegastars. However, after almost two months, I believe other players should be aware of both the issues raised and the difficulty I have experienced obtaining clear answers.
Australian players, particularly VIP customers, should proceed with caution.

Ich bin schockiert dass diese Webseite noch online bleiben darf. Meine Verifizierung wurde insgesamt 8 mal abgelehnt nachdem ich einen höheren Betrag gewonnen hatte. Ich habe alle Dokumente mehrfach und in perfekter Qualität hochgeladen. Aus unerklärlichen gründen immer wieder abgelehnt. Support gibt nur komische und unverständliche Antworten.
