AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I deposited £40 and turned it into £118. Tried to withdraw that and was told there is a 3x wager requirement on your deposit so I had to stake at least £120.
I did that and tried to withdraw £70 and I have had my withdrawal request rejected 4 times, after being told that I have met the wager requirements.
I have screenshots for proof and will be contacting the ombudsman unless my withdrawal request is accepted.
Awful scam of an app, don't make the same mistake I did

I received the exact same copy and paste response from Luckywave…..please be a hit more original with your responses.
Slotlair have told me ‘Our support team is always available and ready to help. We hope that a thorough and fair review can bring clarity and resolution to this situation.’
Only issue is, they refuse to cooperate and ignore communication attempts from me. How does one ensure a fair review, bring clarity and resolution when they don’t answer emails? There is no phone number or valid address, leaving no other option (can’t use the o line service as they have closed my account).
Slotlair along with Legionbet and Luckywave (same illegal network) are criminals who have closed my accounts without explanation, stealing over £1500 from me. DO NOT USE THESE CASINO PLATFORMS - YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK.
I’ll await Slotlair’s AI generated, vague response saying how they value their customers and toughest I reach out to them to try and resolve this…..what I really am waiting for however is a human being reading these reviews, and answering the reviews with a helpful response which will eventually offer a fair review, clarity and resolution.
Sadly, I have little to no hope that that will happen…..in the meantime, legal proceedings will follow.
