SCAM CASINO! All positive reviews are affiliated. I have been playing here regularly the last few weeks. I had a nice run last night, withdrawing $3000. I had used a bonus code, and aware of their weird ‘clawback’ of bonuses- checked the terms, which didn’t have a ‘maximum payout’ like their other bonuses. This was clarified in chat with support before withdrawal. Today, they stole $2890 from my balance. Leaving me with a grand total of $110. Wagering requirements I can put up with- but this is insane. 0 point playing here. Genuinely, scammers. Complaint laid. 0.1% of the time you’ll win- 100% of the time they’ll steal it from you anyway. DO NOT BOTHER.
Mr.BET confiscated 2,808.77 RON from my account after I had already completed the wagering requirement. I requested a withdrawal, and it remained pending for several days. During withdrawal, the system only warned me that I would lose the remaining bonus (around 74 RON) if I continued. It never warned me that my winnings would later be confiscated. After completing the wagering, my balance reached around 5,000 RON. Days later, they removed 2,808.77 RON as an “Internal Payment” and claimed it was because of the bonus withdrawal limit. If that limit existed, why didn’t they apply it immediately after the wagering was completed or when I requested the withdrawal? I believe this is unfair and misleading. I have screenshots and I have already requested a full explanation and the complete bonus history. I do not recommend this casino

My account was recently terminated with immediate effect, and a total balance of $15,906.05 which includes my $10,000 initial deposit was seized by the platform. Razed claims I breached their Terms and Conditions by operating multiple accounts and engaging in 'prohibited advantage play.' I have explicitly denied both allegations to their support team. I have never created or operated more than one account, and I have challenged them to provide any evidence of this, which they have failed to do. Despite my professional and fact-based appeals to their support team requesting a manual audit of my account, I have received zero response.
