Spinbit don't reply on emails. As soon Winning money more then 4k . They stop replying and ignore . My wife E-mail you Many times but you guys ignore it . Do not go anywhere near them, stay well far away, they take your money quick enough but if you win it’s a different story..! I was lucky I won £21k I tried to withdraw got rejected by the finance department, wanted more evidence it was me so I complied and gave them what I was asking for I even contacted chat support and was told yes everything is in order expect your winnings very shortly , a day passed my winnings just sitting there.! And suddenly I got declined this time I was told you have hit your withdrawal limits ..! It’s £5k a week, total rubbish so I decided am not going through all this again so I blew the lot on silly bets, knowing there is no chance of collecting my winnings, fast fowards to this week I looked at my account and they stuck a few quid in my account I played it carefully and won £2.1k, I withdrew it and you guessed it declined I went over the limit on bonus amount, they took £1.3 and gave me £830 back, I went and withdrew my winnings and you guessed it declined, I can’t with draw until Monday , just stay away from them they are crooked

I have been able to withdrawal $1650 and $2000, very easily when I first started with no issues what so ever. But for some reason when I recently went to claim $700, they made me go through the extra verification process. And now they will not except any of my documents. I’ve been asking for reasons or even help and all I have received is “verify this and verify that”. Give me my money!

Awful customer service. They only give you the same answers over and over. I won $5,000, and I'm trying to withdraw it. And all they do is just say, "We've contacted the internal team.
