I was already a fully verified Mr.Bet customer and have successfully withdrawn money before. After depositing $30 by Interac through Loonio on September 4 and winning approximately $900, I requested my withdrawal.
Suddenly, I was required to verify my payment method again through Sumsub.
I have submitted my bank statement, screenshots from my actual PC Financial account, the $30 transaction to Loonio, transaction/reference information, and the original Loonio payment confirmation.
The documents keep getting rejected for supposedly not matching the information provided.
The frustrating part is that the information they are asking me to verify is clearly visible on the documents I am submitting.
I’m not asking them to take my word for it. I’m asking them to actually review the documents manually.
I have already proven who I am. I have already successfully withdrawn from this account. My deposit is documented. My payment to Loonio is documented. My bank account is documented.
Mr.Bet, please stop sending me through the automated verification loop and have a real person review my case.
Nine days is enough. I would much rather update this review saying that Mr.Bet stepped in and resolved the issue than continue documenting rejected documents and a withdrawal that remains unpaid.

Withdrawal în pending for a long time
HelloI am very disappointed with my experience with MR.BET. I requested a withdrawal of 2,760 RON on August 18, 2026, but after 14 days, it is still pending and has not been processed.
My account is fully verified, and I have provided all the required documents. Despite contacting customer support several times, I have only received generic responses asking me to wait.
A 14-day delay for a withdrawal is unacceptable, especially when the account has already been verified. I simply want my legitimately won money to be processed and paid without further unnecessary delays.
I hope MR.BET will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Wpłacając środki nie musimy przechodzić żadnych weryfikacji, ale jeśli chcemy wypłacić to sprawa wygląda już inaczej. Najpierw zdjęcie dowodu było dla nich niewyraźne (bzdura), następnie potwierdzenie adresu: wysłałem wyciąg, a kolejnie, list z banku (widnieją na ich liście która podają jaka jedna z możliwości) ale nagle zmiana narracji i już taki dokument nie może być, następnie zaświadczenie o zatrudnieniu od szefa (również widnieje na ich liście) i sytuacja identyczna. Nie potrafią wyjaśnić konkretnie czego na tych dokumentach brakuje lub co jest nieprawidłowe (wszystko jest punkt po punkcie w porządku) mimo że męczę się już z nimi kilka dni. Dostaje wymijające odpowiedzi, a na wspomnienie o oszustwie słyszę tylko że są licencjonowanym kasynem (co w ich wypadku nic nie zmienia). Nie wróżę że coś się zmieni, a sposób w jaki próbują zrobić ze mnie głupka oraz kwota wygranej są wystarczającymi powodami żeby próbować to załatwić w inny sposób. Jeśli coś z ich strony się zmieni to poinformuję i zmienię ocenę, lecz nic na to nie wskazuje
Mr Bet Withdrawal Delayed - Refusal to Escalate
I wanted to share my experience with Mr.Bet Casino because the way they are handling my withdrawal is becoming seriously concerning.
I requested a withdrawal of $4,500 NZD around 70 hours ago. Mr.Bet's website states that withdrawals are processed within up to 48 hours, so we're now well beyond their own advertised timeframe.
I've contacted support multiple times and they've been extremely unhelpful. They won't provide any meaningful explanation for the delay and, despite the withdrawal already exceeding 48 hours, they've refused to escalate it.
What makes this even more frustrating is the verification situation.
Support has told me that my account may need to be verified when they process the withdrawal. That's completely fine - I'm more than happy to provide whatever documents they need.
Because verification apparently has another processing timeframe of up to 48 hours, I've repeatedly asked them to open verification on my account now so I can get it completed while I'm waiting.
They've refused.
So I'm effectively sitting here waiting indefinitely for the withdrawal, knowing they could eventually decide verification is required and potentially add another 48-hour delay - despite me actively trying to complete it in advance.
The whole situation leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. When a casino holds a withdrawal beyond its advertised timeframe, refuses to escalate it, warns that verification might cause another delay, and then won't actually let the customer complete that verification proactively, it's difficult not to question why.
It creates the impression that the withdrawal is being unnecessarily delayed while the money remains within the gambling platform, where there's always the possibility that a customer cancels the withdrawal and gambles it away.
I'm not claiming I can prove that's what Mr.Bet is intentionally doing, but their handling of this withdrawal certainly makes me concerned about it.
At this point it's been 70+ hours for a $4,500 NZD withdrawal that they say should take up to 48 hours, and support seemingly has no interest in resolving or escalating it.
I'll update this post with what happens next, including how long it ultimately takes to receive the money and whether they suddenly request verification after making me wait this long.

Mr.Bet will not allow winnings withdraws, whether you provide the correct documents or not. If you have not created an account, DO NOT.
Their customer service team will go around in circles with you until you give up. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Druga sprawa to jest wyplata. Zleciłem wyplate 9.08.2026 ... dzisiaj jest 18.09 i dalej wyplata wisi w oczekujących. Support mówi ze ma bardzo duzo zgloszen... serio ? Wszyscy użytkownicy tyle czekają???? Kasyno to jeden wielki żart. Daleko im do renomowanych kasyn...
