Leider kann ich dieses Casino aktuell nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich war bereits vollständig verifiziert und bei meinen ersten drei Auszahlungen hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Nun warte ich jedoch seit fast vier Wochen auf meine Auszahlung, da ich mich plötzlich erneut verifizieren soll. Das größte Problem ist, dass meine eingereichten Dokumente immer wieder ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung abgelehnt werden, obwohl sie sämtliche Anforderungen erfüllen. Laut Casino soll jede Überprüfung 24–48 Stunden dauern, tatsächlich dauert sie aber meist über 60 Stunden. Nach jeder Ablehnung beginnt die Wartezeit erneut, wodurch sich der gesamte Prozess immer weiter in die Länge zieht. Für mich wirkt es leider so, als würde die Auszahlung absichtlich verzögert. Nach den zunächst positiven Erfahrungen bin ich von diesem Vorgehen sehr enttäuscht. Ich hätte mir einen deutlich transparenteren und kundenfreundlicheren Umgang sowie eine zügige Bearbeitung gewünscht. Solange das Problem nicht gelöst ist, kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben.

Hoy nuevamente subi mi documento, pero hoy en el chat en vivo me dijeron textualmente que el plazo de 48 horas se vuelve a reiniciar desde cero. Es una táctica de evasión inaceptable para dilatar el pago. Exijo que un supervisor revise manualmente mis archivos de inmediato y libere mi retiro. Si el plazo expira, el caso será elevado formalmente ante CADRE y el regulador de Curazao.

I had used a bonus code, and aware of their weird ‘clawback’ of bonuses- checked the terms, which didn’t have a ‘maximum payout’ like their other bonuses. This was clarified in chat with support before withdrawal. Today, they stole $2890 from my balance. Leaving me with a grand total of $110. Wagering requirements I can put up with- but this is insane. 0 point playing here. Genuinely, scammers. Complaint laid. 0.1% of the time you’ll win- 100% of the time they’ll steal it from you anyway.
