Mr.BET confiscated 2,808.77 RON from my account after I had already completed the wagering requirement. I requested a withdrawal, and it remained pending for several days. During withdrawal, the system only warned me that I would lose the remaining bonus (around 74 RON) if I continued. It never warned me that my winnings would later be confiscated. After completing the wagering, my balance reached around 5,000 RON. Days later, they removed 2,808.77 RON as an “Internal Payment” and claimed it was because of the bonus withdrawal limit. If that limit existed, why didn’t they apply it immediately after the wagering was completed or when I requested the withdrawal? I believe this is unfair and misleading. I have screenshots and I have already requested a full explanation and the complete bonus history. I do not recommend this casino

Problem z weryfikacja trwa ponad miesiąc zatwierdziliscie moje dokumenty po czym zgłosiłem że nastąpiła zmiana adresu wysłałem wszystkie dokumenty umowę najmu oraz pismo które zostało zaadresowane na mnie weryfikacja została odrzucona bo powód brak kodu pocztowego więc zrobiłem zdjęcie wraz z dokumentem potwierdzający kod pocztowy i też odrzucone to są kpiny a gdy do was pisze odpowiadacie w kółko to samo źe odpowiedni dział ludzi zajmuje się ta sprawa po czym mija kolejny tydzień i znów odrzucone jestescie najbardziej problematycznym kasynem jakie mi się trafilo

They gave me 15 bonus to play said I had to play 7.50 of bonus then I won 456.00 when I checked to see how much was bonus money it said another 28.00 dollars had to be played with cash ballance at 236.00 then it said I was over limit couldn't play till next day so I played next day the remaining 28 in bonus it then said I had 200 cash available to withdraw and o bonus I asked for withdrawal only to be told they had to verify ID sent in few times now they saying they took 177 of my cash and gave me remaining of 22.50 how is that I played all bonus money and withdrew 200 they now tell me when u win off the 15 bonus u get they only pay u out 22.50 scam do not play this site do not take bonus money they all have different stories on support I have all screenshots of winning and conversations have a right mind to see a lawyer about me bet scams

UWAGA !

UWAGA !! Ostrzegam wszystkich aby wstrzymali się z zakupami paczek w sklepie w Mr Bet. Tym razem z serii Dywizji są one TREFNE !!! Zakupiłem ową paczkę otrzymałem obroty których nie mogę wykorzystać przez to również straciłem eliksir który aktywowałem. I do tej pory nadal wyjaśniają przyczyny dlaczego tak jest i nie mogę z tego korzystać a więc mija już 5 dzień !!! Nie polecam i ostrzegam przed zakupami abyście nie musieli tracić gotówki i potem być w tej sytuacji co właśnie ja - otrzymując jedynie odpowiedź "nasz dział techniczny pracuje nad tym problemem" Sądzę, że potrwa to jeszcze minimum tydzień ! Casino who are trying to stole money

Probably all from here, except those wo give 1 star are bots. I sent more than 9 KYC verification. I have a pending withdraw of 800€ from 3 weeks. I sent very clear photos and some official documents for address. Everytime, they reject the documents. Now, in the last KYC they tell me that they need photo with the card. IT's okay, of course, but they reject again😂. I took the photos in 4K with an iPhone 17 PRO Max and they told me that the photos are unclear. I respect al that they say in t&c. The customer service are only some bots that give u specific unclear response. Probably, i will escalade the problem to the casino guru and i will start a complain at their Canadian Gambling License. Evit this casino!
