Nur wer weiß wie man richtig Druck ausübt kommt früher oder später an sein Geld. Aber man kommt an sein Geld. Die Erfahrungen sind wie ich hier sehe unterschiedlich. Mein Gesamtbild von der Seite ist trotzdem schlecht. Geht lieber in ein richtiges Kasino wenn die Läden wieder aufmachen.

Höchste Vorsicht!
Vorab:ich habe mein Geld erhalten. Am vergangenen Samstag habe ich mich dort angemeldet, es sah auch alles gut aus und so zahlte ich dann 200€ ein. Aus 200€ konnte ich durch Gewinne 766€ machen, die ich dann als Auszahlung angefordert habe. Erst dann fielen mir Ungereimtheiten auf, wie zB keine Email Bestätigung der Auszahlungsanforderung, keine Spielhistorie usw. Ich kontaktierte den KD, der war freundlich und man teilte mir mit, ich müsste auf einen Verifizierungslink warten. Dieser war auch 2 Tage später noch nicht da. Habe täglich den KD kontaktiert, bekam aber immer nur Vertröstungen, es gab nicht eine einzige konkrete Aussage von denen. Heute, also 3 Tage später war immer noch kein link da und ich beschloss Druck zu machen. Schwierig, wenn es sich um ein Curacao Casino handelt. Ich teilte dem KD mit, wenn ich nicht sofort eine verbindliche Aussage bekomme, werde ich den von mir dokumentierten Schriftverkehr mit dem KD an Giropay weiterleiten und dort um Hilfe bitten. Der KD blieb freundlich, ich müsste mir keine Sorgen machen. Keine Stunde später bekam ich eine Mail von Mr Bet, das mein Auszahlungsantrag genehmigt wurde. Ich schaute auf mein Konto und es waren tatsächlich die 766€ überwiesen worden, ohne jegliche Verifizierung. Ich habe keinen Zweifel, das ich ein Riesenglück hatte. Die Drohung, die Zahlungsanbieter zu kontaktieren, hat gefruchtet, da bin ich mir sicher. Wenn die abspringen, hat das Casino keine Einnahmen mehr. Fazit: Ich denke, bin mit einem blauen Auge davon gekommen, 3 nervenaufreibende Tage mit dem KD haben jegliches Vertrauen zerstört, werde dort nie mehr spielen und rate jedem, das auch nicht zu tun.

Ich habe 150 € eingezahlt und 150 € Bonus bekommen. Nach ein paar Spieltagen wurde der gesamte Betrag also 300 € als nicht auszahlbarer Bonus deklariert, außer ich hätte noch einen künftigen Spieleinsatz von mindestens 6000 €. Außerdem finde ich die Bedienung nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich.

Oh boy the verification procedure..
Oh boy the verification procedure... Let me tell you all about it. I was recommended the casino from a trustworthy source which I will not disclose. 1) I deposited, got bonus, wagered, won 510 euros and requested the withdrawal. 2) Before that I contacted support to ask if I can send them documents up from so this would not take too long, they said the email will be sent to me and documents will be asked there so I waited and after 2 days an email of list of the documents arrive. 3) I sent the documents and in the meant time confirmed with the online chat if they are up to their "standard". My selfies holding the ID and the card was not, because to zoom in was too difficult for them or perhaps the technology is not available to them yet. Anyway being an understanding person I took selfies again and sent if few more times. The online chat approved they are indeed an acceptable quality. IMPORTANT fact I also uploaded my address verification documents and my Neteller screenshoot with info, which was as the chat said up to the standard and no issues with it. 4) After two more days I gets that the bill for the utilities is not good and that neteller screenshot is not good. 4.1) The utility bill I sent was PDF file of a internet service provider. However for the Mr.Bet this was not acceptable since the utility as they understand has to be for "Gas/Electricity/Water" as if in 2018 the internet is somehow not a utility... okay what ever I sent them the joint bill of which I pay for all the service I get in my apartment (water/heat). I encourage Mr.Bet to be more like 2018 and not like 2010. 5) After I repeatedly sent address and bill they said I have to wait 1 - 3 BANKING days, which is absurd how they abuse the rules. I am still waiting, but from the overall I see that additional selfies may be required... Also I would like to ask MR.BET how is that is that the payment process is up to 3 days ? How is this so long and why ? This is my experience with MR.BET so far. I think the gambling community should know and keep in mind that.
