The withdrawal process has been incredibly slow and frustrating, and the way this casino handles verification is ridiculous. Why can’t players complete verification upfront, rather than having to wait until they request a withdrawal? This creates unnecessary delays and leaves players waiting for their own money. Even more concerning is that your winnings remain in your casino account while the withdrawal is being processed, meaning you can continue gambling with money you have already requested to withdraw. This creates an obvious risk for vulnerable players, particularly those who struggle with gambling.
