Obwohl die Webseite weiterhin online ist und versuchen wird, euer Geld entgegenzunehmen, existiert die Firma dahinter rechtlich gar nicht mehr. Nach monatelangen Hinhaltetaktiken und angeblichen Verifizierungen werden Auszahlungen von Gewinnen niemals durchgeführt. Man wird nur mit falschen Versprechungen hingehaltens.Schützt euer Geld und meidet dieses Casino unbedingt!

Lasst euch von der obigen Standard-Antwort des Supports nicht täuschen! Das ist reine PR-Show für die Öffentlichkeit. Mein Auszahlungsantrag über 7.988 € wird seit über zwei Monaten grundlos blockiert. Der Support tut seit Wochen nichts anderes, als immer wieder neue, angebliche Dokumente nachzufordern, die längst vorliegen. Anstatt hier leere Versprechungen zu schreiben, schüttet einfach das zustehende Geld aus!

On September 7, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $900.42 after depositing $30 and winning. I completed the verification process, and my account was successfully verified.
So why, more than a month later, is my withdrawal STILL PENDING? 🤔
I have contacted customer support, followed their instructions, provided the requested verification documents, and patiently waited. Yet here I am, still chasing my own winnings, with no money received and no clear resolution.
At this point, I don’t want another generic response telling me that my withdrawal is under review. I want a clear explanation of what is causing this delay and a definite date when my money will be paid.
It is incredibly frustrating to have your account verified, see your winnings sitting there, and still be unable to access your money.
Mr Bet Casino, where is my $900.42?
I am asking you to resolve this matter immediately. I have been patient long enough, and I believe customers deserve transparency and fair treatment when it comes to withdrawing their winnings.

This is the worst casino I've played at. When I deposited without a bonus during the play they have been crediting me with a bonus I absolutely did not want. And there was nothing I could do, they did not remove the bonus when I asked them to. Also now 2nd time I received a mail from them they are giving me free 50pln and when I entered the website I received nothing.

I have been playing at this casino fairly steady for a few months and by steady I mean ive probably deposited at least $5000.00 and ive cashed out zero dollars.. now some of that of course is bad gaming on my part but I dont even think ive had a balance over 1000$ so the point im trying to make is that this casino really seems to be lacking big wins and just wins in general...
