What is going on??
Ive been waiting over a week now for my withdrawal or a response from the financial team and ive heard nothing from them. Message the support team and they tell me the same thing please provide the bank statements or it has been paid you need to contact your bank, have done everything they have told me to do and still havent heard from team. A message to aleast let me know that someone other then the support team are looking into it would be good.
