Very poor customer service. Recieved a promo code for first deposit which didn’t work. No one willing to help. App still showed that I had a welcome bonus but apparently wasn’t aloud that one either. So no welcome bonus what so ever.

Hi everyone First of all want to say english is not my first language If i type wrong then sorry But still sharing my experience with u guys So can make people aware what happened with me when i was playing through spinbet site Just experienced from this website Its not right I carefully check the reviews about this website before i open my account with them But i think the negative reviews were right Yesterday i was playing blackjack and i placed 10 dollar bet , and suddenly there is error happened and the system threw me out or maybe it was crashed whatever the reason Anyway It was happened by the system , and when i came back to blackjack . My 10 dollar bet was gone , said i didnt make a decision on time . Thats why u lost My question is how can i make a decision if the system threw me out when i was about to make a decision And i reached to the customer support They kept saying me same thing again n again said the bet was successful placed and u didnt make a decision with allotted time So we cant help you and instead of accepting their fault or refund my bet . They kept putting the blame on me like its my fault. Imagine guys if the bet were of 1000 or 100000 what would happen then So please watchout before u going to place the bigger bet on any game . Even if u lost by the system , yur money never will return to u. Its not about i lost my 10 dollar or 100 or whatever Its just they took it free money from me It doesnt matter 1 dollar or 2 dollar money is money They took it free Which i dont like Anyway stay safe 👍

When the site went live it was pretty good. Manage to withdraw 30k in January. Ever since then I deposited 100$ weekly and havent had any luck. Changed to another site and been withdraw every week. RTP on this site had dropped so bad. Today I done 5 x $20 buys and all paid from $2 - $8. This isnt the only time this has been happening. I would play elsewhere.
