Delays withdrawing money due to verification
I have been waiting over 1 week now trying to get my withdrawn money due to constant delays of verification, continuing to add something else on top of what they have asked, just so you can get your money withdrawn. First withdraw took just over 26hrs and the second withdraw they decided to create a wall by adding verification to access your winnings. I would say customer service is an average! But I would not consider this game to anyone who wants their money straight away. There are other platforms online I would consider than Vegastar1. It does not take over 1 week to have your account verified this beyond ridiculous.

The app is very talented in providing the best support and from experience the most trusted and legit gambling platform out there. Multiple high (and low) payouts, all within one day.

Will take but not pay
I find it disappointing that vegastars will let you deposit whatever you like but when it comes to withdrawals there is a whole convoluted process that takes 9-24 hours to verify you. After 2 days, still nothing and they have thousands of dollars they are not paying out.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service.
Recieved a promo code for first deposit which didn’t work. No one willing to help.
App still showed that I had a welcome bonus but apparently wasn’t aloud that one either. So no welcome bonus what so ever.

This website is a scammer
This website appears to be fraudulent, and I strongly advise others not to use it. While playing blackjack, I had a hand totaling 20 points while the dealer showed 18 points, yet the system still resulted in a loss for me. On multiple occasions, when my hand totaled 19 or 20 points, the dealer consistently ended with 21. This pattern is highly irregular and raises serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the platform. I believe this website should be avoided.
