Becareful of this website, I cashed out 250 on the 24/12/2025 only to discover the next day my account has been suspended for no reason. I went on live chat everyday for 22days asking why has my account been suspended and got the same reply "Sorry mate we have no update it's out of our hands, our relevant team is sorting this, you will get an email blah blah blah...I've been with spinbit since 2021 and have only cashed out once prior to this incident and it was smooth and received my cash out 2days later. Please becareful of this website if they are happily receiving your deposit with no hassle and then suspend your account when you cash out imagine you trying to cash 25000 and then they suspend your account. Don’t bother. I won $1300. Tried multiple times to withdraw after being verified. I put my bank details in exactly as they are and all I got was an email after waiting 1 day saying “withdrawal cancelled” no reason, no nothing. So then I went on live chat, they don’t help, they just say “bank details issue” so then I screenshotted them my bank details (bsb/account) then say to try again. So I tried again, again wait 1 day- “withdrawal cancelled”. Live chat again has no idea, they blame bank again. I literally put BSB and account exactly as it appears and showed them the screenshots. They just say do it again. Just going around in circles. You won’t get your money back, don’t even bother, all they want is to take your money. Deposit takes 10seconds. Withdrawal if your lucky to get anything will take weeks, they will ask for photo id, bank statement, payment verification, then it takes 1-2 weeks to be verified. Don’t even bother if your address on your license is different to your current address they will make you jump through 10,000 hoops. Not to mention the card games jitter and give you wrong winning when you win, I didn’t even get paid properly for one of my games.
