Spin Casino β Withholding funds since January (unresolved) I am sharing my experience as a warning. I requested two withdrawals on January 10: - $900 (marked as βprocessedβ by Spin Casino) - $1000 (still pending via Interac) For the $900 withdrawal, Spin Casino claims the payment was sent and provided a transaction number. However, my bank (CIBC) has confirmed multiple times, both in person and over the phone, that no funds were ever received. A transaction number without traceable proof is not valid evidence of payment. For over two months, I have been going back and forth with their support team. They continue to request unreasonable and sometimes impossible documentation (including sensitive financial details that should never be shared), instead of resolving the issue. As of today: - I have not received the $900 - The $1000 withdrawal is still pending - No valid proof of payment has been provided This situation is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about their withdrawal practices. I strongly advise caution when playing on this platform. All communications and proof are documented.

I've been with spinbet for 9 months now, I am a gold level 3 , I have deposited a lot in my time playing on the site, lately when talking with support i have found them to just be repetitive in using preprogrammed generic messages , and also ending the chat saying i have selected the wrong option and prompting me to select the option for free spins when that is not what my query was about , and as for the Ai bot system for free spins it is horrible ( it consistently says I'm not eligible for free spins ) I think in the last like 5 months i have only been granted free spins twice from the Ai bot system!! Watch this sight they void you at any cost as i was apart of a referal tournament and did everything as stated didnt do anything fraudulent but get referals , it didnt say anythung against us being able to sign up our family under my support code for the tournament , so I manage to get 4 different people in one house to sign up which is why I was voided because it was classed as multiple accounts , and id understand if I made 4 different accounts would be fraudulent but then the referal only counts when they make a deposit ? Which means ypu cant use the same account twice ? So in saying that i put 4 diffrent family members in the same house under my referal and they voided me if rhey checked all 4 accoutns have diffrent bank accounts so it deffs wasnt fraudulent but they voided me for having multiple accounts sign up using the same addresses but if you check they all are over 18 have thier own accounts and made a valid deposit so idk why it was considerd a void as I did everything legit on my end ? While trying to sort i had live support close the chat on me while trying to explain myself

When I tried to cash out, they hit me with endless KYC requests, demanding payslips, Source of Wealth (SoW) declarations, and detailed bank statements.
