Unfair balance confiscation due to undisclosed "Max Cashout" terms and misleading "Real Money" conversion
Unfair balance confiscation due to undisclosed "Max Cashout" terms and misleading "Real Money" conversion. I am filing a complaint against Mr. Bet Casino regarding a confiscation of €355 from my balance. I deposited €15 with a 100% bonus. I successfully completed the 40x wagering requirement as requested. After completion, the system automatically transferred my funds to my 'Real Money' balance.
I continued to play with this 'Real Money' for several hours, reaching a balance of over €500 before deciding to withdraw €400. To my surprise, two days later, the casino deducted €355, leaving me with only €45.
My arguments for a full refund are:
Lack of Transparency: At the moment of activation (as seen in my attached screenshots), the casino displayed a pop-up with specific conditions: minimum deposit, bonus percentage, and wagering. However, it completely omitted any mention of a 200% maximum withdrawal limit .
Misleading Interface: By moving the funds to the 'Real Money' column after the wager was met, the casino led me to believe the money was fully mine. I was allowed to keep playing and risking those funds, even though the casino had already 'capped' my winnings internally without notice.[1, 2]
Unfair Terms (Fair Play Code): According to the Casino Guru Fair Play Code, terms that significantly limit a player's winnings should be displayed prominently, not hidden in general terms .
I request the restoration of my €355 as I played in good faith based on the information provided by the casino's own interface.

Easy to use review site
A refreshing mix of casinos on the site, ones that I hadn't seen before using this website.
Easy to navigate and reassuring to see so many licensed casinos there.

Casino missachtet Spielerschutz.
Gewinne tut man nichts.

GCSE preparation
I contacted starlight tutors when my son was struggling with gcse preparation, Hijaab and her team of tutors were fantastic in identifying what he needed and put together a timetable to prepare him for his exams, he’s only completed his first two exams but the difference in his confidence is incredible, he commented on his first English exam that without tutoring it would have been a disaster.

Be very careful with this website
Be very careful with this website. They will happily take your deposits and process them quickly. As soon as you want to withdraw money they will stall, block and delay under the guise of needing verification documents. Even if you submit the documents exactly as they request they will still stall and block your withdrawal.

Verification and withdrawal issues
I’ve had lots of difficulties processing my withdrawal and needing to send my verification documents in multiple times and continuous requests for further verification, making withdrawal of winnings almost impossible

What a Micky Mouse outfit of a betting platform this is. So inferior and dull. Pretty sure it's a kindy outfit behind the scenes. Terrible odds, no Not enough technical features, very slow returns, JUST POOR overall. No where near BET365.. miles and miles off the Mark fellas..
