This is my third review of this casino site. It’s absolute fraud! Every “good” review is fake. This is not a genuine site at all. Most of the games never give scatters no matter how much you play and since March I have continually requested for my account to be permanently closed and they refuse to acknowledge any emails. I have already reported this site to the gambling commission and I will be reporting it again. I have lost hundreds if not thousands by playing on slotlair and this is the reason why they refuse to close peoples accounts! It’s a total scam and a fraudulent casino! My mum has played here and multiple times money was taken from her account but never credited and never refunded back to the bank either. If I were you I would stay well away from this casino because all they’ll do is trap you!!

Withdrawal issues
After reading the reviews on Vegas stars it looks like I’m not the only only one with issues withdrawing my winnings.
I verified my account and they keep opening up new verification boxes where I need to upload deposit details (card verification) even though I’ve done this. Feels like they are stalling the withdrawal and keep playing games even after I’ve given them all the right documents etc.
More cons than pros with Vegas stars.
Would recommend to stay away from this online casino.

I really enjoyed playing on this platform, i see myself as a large frequent VIP player, i have deposited large amounts of sums of money. My account has been veterrified, but now, after winning a large amount. I have gotten no response with my withdrawals it's been well over the standard withdrawal time. Verification is continuously delayed. My ID which had already been verified and approved has now come back saying it wasn't accepted. I am waiting on a substantial withdrawal so these are just stalling tactics. Don't use this site they will give you the run around. Live support are absolutely useless.

They've took my £30 deposit and never returned it. A month ago I deposited £30, this has not appeared on my account and they said it takes 7 working days for bank transfers. After that period of time I contacted them and they said it has been rejected. After I sent bank statement they said they transfer my deposit back which will take 7 working days. After waiting that time money has not been returned to me. For last 10 days I've been contacting them every day and they've been escalating and re-escalating issue to relevant department without any results. Absolutely disgusting
