Please, please, please stay away. This site is a Con. I had deposited a few times no problem. The last deposit I made was for £100 and it never credited my gaming account numerous ignored emails and numerous chat. They’re saying it was credited and applied it. I have proof from my bank that was not the case. They’ve literally stole the hundred pounds and refused to give it back. I can’t stress enough stay away.

This casino would be really good if they weren't so difficult about accepting documents. For nearly two weeks, they’ve refused to accept my Revolut account statement issued by the bank. They reject it for all sorts of reasons: the details don't match, or the document is unclear, dark, or illegible. I made a deposit using a virtual Revolut card on July 22nd. I won a small amount, but ran into document issues when trying to withdraw. Since withdrawals can't be made via Revolut, I requested the payout to my Skrill account. Neither the Skrill proof of account nor my utility bill was accepted (another casino accepted them within seconds). I don't know if it’s been accepted yet, as there’s no status update visible. Did they notice a name mismatch? It’s always something. I asked customer service to compare the details. Now they’re demanding a proof of deposit, but no matter how often I send them the bank-issued PDF, they simply refuse to accept it. I contacted customer service via email; they claimed I hadn't sent the Skrill document—or a utility bill—even though I actually had. Other casinos accept documents via email, but here they claim they don't review documents sent that way. It would be a really good casino—I enjoyed playing there—but since they refuse to verify my account, I likely won't be making any more deposits.
