Once my balance reached $500 and I had completed the bonus wagering requirements, I requested a withdrawal. They immediately froze my withdrawal and told me to verify my account. I submitted seven different documents, including utility bills and bank statements. After two days of repeatedly sending documents, they finally approved my verification. I requested a $500 withdrawal, but about 20 minutes later, while it was still pending, they canceled it. Instead of my winnings, my balance was reduced to the original $25 that I had deposited. They claimed that I abused the bonus by using multiple accounts, which is completely false. They have provided no evidence whatsoever to support their accusation. Now, after two days, they have taken away all of my winnings for no valid reason. THEY DO NOT LET YOU WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE THIEVES. EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN TREATED THIS WAY SHOULD REPORT THEM.
