They had visa deposit issues a couple weeks back that they said would be reversed; one was reversed in a few days but the other one from a debit instead of credit card wouldn't get me a clear answer (told me they needed a PDF statement which only comes at the end of the month) to escalate this.. what a joke.. no funds getting reversed or credited into my account, just stuck in limbo with non-answers from support when contacted.

Literally got cheated out of a hand for…
Literally got cheated out of a hand for the first time in 15 years of betting online. Split 9s in Blackjack. Hit on soft 17 and dealer said "stand on soft 17" then went to deal the next card to my 2nd hand of 9 then realized I had actually Hit on the first hand as she moved the card over. By which time the counter my side had already started. She tried to scan the card multiple times and still didn't flip it so couldn't see what it was. My countdown got to 1 seconds left and I was forced to hit stand without seeing my card because it was less of a risk than hitting without seeing my card. Eventually had a 12 on that hand which I obviously would have hit on. I had 4 hands in play. 3 of them would have won and my 2nd hand of the split would have lost. Instead dealer won the hand vs all 4. Razed refuse to watch the video themselves and made up a version of events that was untrue to justify cheating on their side.

One star does not justify the rude and most unfair Casino out of the many there are in this world. I got Banned because I dared to ask why my winnings were taking so long for Payout. The person at the time attending to my complaint banned me according to her for six months because I stated I suffered with Cancer. But then decided to Ban me permanently because I had the audacity to ask her for what purpose. Was it because I asked for the duration of payment or was it because I had Cancer.
