One Star – Extremely Disappointed I deposited a significant amount of money into SkyCity Online Casino and submitted all the documents they initially asked for. After taking my deposits, they then demanded an MSD (Ministry of Social Development) breakdown — something that is absolutely none of their business. It felt intrusive and unjustified. Instead of providing a smooth and fair service, they kept asking for more and more personal information even after happily accepting my money. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. Be very cautious before depositing — their verification process is invasive and seems designed to stall withdrawals rather than protect players. I won’t be returning and I strongly suggest others think twice before playing.

Withdrew $900, go to check the withdrawal progress and suddenly my accounts closed. I message the chat, and it's because I apparently have a duplicated account - which I PERSONALLY HAVE NOT CREATED. They're now withholding my winnings from me, with having my account closed. Have told them I can prove I am the owner of my account that I have withdrew out of, and how would this "other" account have my card details etc when you for one, can't use the same card on different accounts. Scamming pieces of shits. Prior to this $900 withdrawal i have withdrawn $600 on there with no issues, suddenly there is. 🤦♀️ BIG SCAM
