Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same generic response telling me to wait longer while the “internal team” investigates. After waiting several days with no progress, I decided to cancel my withdrawal and submit a new request in case there was a technical issue. Instead, the cancellation itself became stuck in another queue, and I was told I would need to wait even longer for that to be reviewed. It makes little sense that a simple withdrawal cancellation requires manual review and additional waiting time. The entire process has been frustrating, and customer support has provided no meaningful updates or solutions. Based on my experience, the withdrawal process is extremely slow, customer service is unhelpful, and communication is poor. I cannot recommend this casino to anyone who values timely payouts and effective support. Added note to your response: I did not yet receive a data request from the Spinbet team.

Despite this, I was advised that permanent betting restrictions had been placed on my account and that these limits will never be increased. As a customer, this is incredibly disappointing. It gives the impression that your action is welcome while you’re losing, but once you start winning, even if you’re only winning back previous losses, your account can be permanently restricted. I understand bookmakers have the right to manage risk and limit accounts, but making the restrictions permanent after I simply recovered my losses feels excessive and unfair from a customer perspective.
