It use to be good but now It's not great. Any issue brought up is met with "we will get back to you" and they don't. If you like 3$ features or missing all those high X's this one for you! be prepared to do a lot of spending for a little back don't know how thats ment to provide any sort of entertainment. losing both money and time is the sad reality of this casino the referrals are set up so if you don't do it right the first time you won't get it at all and chat will do nothing to rectify what's gone wrong. They change the way the VIP works about 10x a year taking away certain advantages and making the VIP prizes wagered instead of raw cash vip spin bet amounts are all lowered. bonuses come with more restrictions they now make you swap over too bonus servers that work different to the normal servers so the games you usually win on won't work the same a lot of the time you will have an error and be taken out of the game when you are doing well or have won a lot I assume it's when your about to get a big win again and when you go back in the games gas...don't even bother playing if you withdraw it's shadow banned for the week or longer. It was okay at the start but I'm just donating for no entertainment now...tried shutting my account for a set period and they put me down as a problem gambler and when I tried saying it was a mistake they basically ignored me highly dislike the chats helpfulness and response time. Won 3.5 they refused to pay Me because the card I used was destroyed, so tried using another card, sent bank statements and proof of I.d, was already verified but the checky buggers decided I was fake. Anyway never playing on this site again. Absolutely devastating.

Spinbet crypto scam
Spinbet refuses to payout cryptocurrency, I transferred funds through crypto and you can clearly see it has been processed and entered their wallet. One staff said there was an error and it will be refunded back within 60 days but there is no policy or anything about 60 days wait as this is crypto we are talking about which should be instant transactions. Then next staff told me they didn't receive it which is a lie cause I can see for myself. Upon checking their wallet they are constantly hold on to over hundreds of thousands of cryptocurrency and refuse to send anything back
