Absolutely impossible to withdraw cash. I have tried to withdraw my money for over a month with no reasonable explanation as to why. They suggested that it was a problem with my bank which is completely false and every time I try and follow up I have heard crickets. They were good to start with in regards to paying out winnings, but now it’s has devolved to an absolute nightmare. I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere and it is sad that this site is no longer reliable.

Withdrawal problems
I have withdrawn multiple times from here, most wins under 1k and have come into my bank fine. Just today have tried withdrawing 1.7k and now they are asking for verification of bank account which I have already given before saying all my other payments made to me was with a non verified account, which is a lie because they made me get verified before receiving the other withdraws I made. I am now in the process of seeing whether the bank statement they have asked for will allow me to withdraw my winnings. For now I give 2 stars but if my winnings is paid out will be higher, just seems strange that when you try for decent payouts they seem to throw out more obstacles to try jump over for it.

I am publishing this review to document in as much detail as possible the situation that happened to me at Razed Casino and to warn other players. I have been playing at this casino for almost a year, it is now December, and I have participated in their promotions: Advent Xmas, Xmas Tickets, VIP Reload, Daily Reload, Monthly Bonus, Code Drops. I did not receive all these bonuses “just like that” — each of them required deposits, activity, and fulfillment of conditions. Today, 02.12.2025, my account has been blocked without the possibility of recovery. This month, I was supposed to receive approximately $2,000 just from the BONUSES I am entitled to. It is also unknown what will happen with the prize ticket promotion. And just when it was time for all the main accruals, the casino suddenly closed my account for a month, citing “responsible gaming.” I did not leave any requests for self-restriction, nor did I receive any warnings. The block was imposed unilaterally, at the moment of maximum profit for the casino and maximum loss for me. All the bonuses I earned through my deposits and activity were completely lost. Support does not provide bonus transfers, compensation, or even a clear explanation. The answers are formulaic, evasive, and completely irrelevant to the real situation. It seems that as long as you deposit money, the managers show “increased care” and actively promote promotions. But when the time comes to fulfill their obligations, “concern for the player's well-being” kicks in and access to the account disappears. In my opinion, this attitude demonstrates an extremely low level of transparency, honesty, and responsibility towards players. It seems that the bonus mechanisms only work as long as they are profitable for the casino, and when it comes time to pay out, the account is blocked. I believe it is important to publicly record this case and warn other players: be extremely careful. Your bonuses, your activity, and even your account can disappear at any moment under a formal pretext, without explanation and without any real support.

I have been with Spinbit since the start and not had too many major issues a fair bit of bonus codes not working, deposit match not received things like that which have genuinely been resolved. However 11 days ago I Received one of Spinbits regular Telegram Bonuses this bonus was a little different it's was 100% deposit match but a code had to be activated first? This was odd as they changed that but however I gave it a shot and entered the code and deposited $60 . What do you know once I deposited my match never showed.. Usual story go to the chat give them the details and they resolve it. However this time it took 5 hours and 2 agents to get a result really made me work for a deposit match. So I play my balance and on this rear occasion I have some luck and beat the wager of $1800 stoked! A very normal way to tell if you beat the wager is you will get a check your balance alert when placing a beat.. This normally means the bonus funds have now gone to your "real balance" wallet. On this occasion I had $600 remaining so sweet a little weekend cash out. Not the case! My balance vanished and is yet to return. Now iv played enough deposit matches, free spins, bonus spins ect and know there is a max bet and on occasion a max cashout of $500 sweet as I stick to the rules to avoid the balance being forfeited. Now I have sent emails, chatted to someone everyday since then and have got 0 information. In fact the only response I get now is "yes we have reached out to our promotion team and are yet to get a response, 11 days of teams talking to each other and not one response I find that extremely hard to believe. I'm never nasty to the chat or team or over emails I'm always thankful and patient however 11 days of a $600 balance dissappear and not one single update? Or reasoning? Why have they gone to the promo team? Why not the technical team to see what happened? Obviously someone knows something but just don't wanna deal with it? It has really left a bad taste in my mouth considering all this time and money spent playing on this casino and Spinbet to be fair.. Been there since the very first day of opening.i have all the chats saved and screenshotted saying yes you followed all the rules and done nothing wrong.. But nothing further. 11 days and still no update or no one emailing to say we are so very sorry there was a glitch and your $600 was taken we have restored the balance.
