I was already a fully verified Mr.Bet customer and have successfully withdrawn money before. After depositing $30 by Interac through Loonio on September 4 and winning approximately $900, I requested my withdrawal.
Suddenly, I was required to verify my payment method again through Sumsub.
I have submitted my bank statement, screenshots from my actual PC Financial account, the $30 transaction to Loonio, transaction/reference information, and the original Loonio payment confirmation.
The documents keep getting rejected for supposedly not matching the information provided.
The frustrating part is that the information they are asking me to verify is clearly visible on the documents I am submitting.
I’m not asking them to take my word for it. I’m asking them to actually review the documents manually.
I have already proven who I am. I have already successfully withdrawn from this account. My deposit is documented. My payment to Loonio is documented. My bank account is documented.
Mr.Bet, please stop sending me through the automated verification loop and have a real person review my case.
Nine days is enough. I would much rather update this review saying that Mr.Bet stepped in and resolved the issue than continue documenting rejected documents and a withdrawal that remains unpaid.

Ive been playing here for a while now, and it's a fairly stingy site, I play at a number of sites regularly and have reviewed a number of them this is the first negative review Ive given I believe, today I deposited $21 and purposefully took no bonus because unlike some sites like boo, b, galactic wins and Mr Fortune you can not cancel the remainder of the wagering requirements so to be able to spend my shop credits I took no bonus, but when Id lost the deposit (which was incredibly quick) I went to spend the shop credits only to find I had a wagering requirements. I am absolutely disgusted by how I have been treated by Slotlair. For months I have repeatedly begged them to permanently close my account. I have told them clearly that I am a gambling addict, that gambling is seriously affecting my mental wellbeing and that I NEED my account closed.
