Just avoid. Super shady. You can make 40 deposits, not a problem whatsoever. Do small withdrawals, sure, not a problem. As soon as you hit big, there comes the problems, all of sudden start to make demands that even the bank said was illegal. Super shady, when you ask for explanations, they keep repeating the same crap over and over, even your VIP account manager does this. At one point, I was even asked to record a video of myself opening the original email from my bank and uploading the document directly, which I did. After complying with this request, I was then told that the 48-hour verification window would restart from that moment—even though it was the exact same document that had already been under review for several days and was only re-submitted at their request. At this point, the verification process has been ongoing for over five days, far exceeding the stated 48-hour timeframe, with no clear resolution or timeline provided. This process feels unnecessarily prolonged and lacks transparency, especially given that I confirmed my verification status in advance and complied immediately with every request.
