Rewards are ok on this site. You occasionally get a decent win but recently it’s just been taking and taking no win in over 2 months. Looking at the statistics 📊 you get roughly 15/20% of what you wager back. Deposited a lot with no success at all really. It’s a shame I liked the site originally, but now it’s becoming so bad it almost makes you not gamble because it’s just taking without paying anything for so long. Shame because I switched from Gamdom. Had a lot of decent wins on gamdom.. shame razed isn’t as good

Had an issue with promo code and trying to cancel a bonus, messaged the chat and was giving a run around by Isa, saying to refresh the browser and log in and out again ect, didnt work so asked if they could manually remove it from their end , then was told they tried to remove my card which isnt what i asked in the first place, sent an email to the support and within 5mins, Marie was able to cancel the bonus and make sure everything else was alright. good casino but some chats seem like they couldnt give two sh*ts about customers
