I am unable to withdraw any wins and its been months. I am fully verified and issue has not been solved. They keep giving the same reasons blaming my bank which I spoke to and they said they dont decline transactions into someone's account. The withdrawal goes through and right after declines and knowing I can't get the money out i ended eventually losing it all with out support doing anything I have screen shots and receipts. Iv put in thousands in and they unwilling to even pay out small amounts now. That reply you just sent is not true. Everytime it goes through successfully right after it gets cancelled by vegastar. Your reply is false vegastar support. I am still waiting for technical support to fix it.
