As an Australian VIP customer, I repeatedly raised serious responsible gambling concerns including escalating losses, loss-chasing behaviour, emotional distress, and inability to control continued gambling activity.
Despite this, Vegastars continued providing bonuses, cashback offers, reload incentives, and ongoing VIP engagement encouraging further gambling activity.
In addition, I experienced ongoing concerns relating to gameplay inconsistencies, questionable win/loss behaviour, and apparent glitches during sessions, some of which I preserved with screenshots, recordings, and supporting evidence. These concerns were also raised directly with the platform.
Formal complaints were first lodged on 25 April 2026 and followed up multiple times over several weeks. Despite Vegastars publicly stating that complaints are investigated and responded to within specific timeframes, I received little to no meaningful response.
I have preserved extensive supporting records including:
* VIP communications,
* transaction history,
* cashback and bonus history,
* complaint correspondence,
* screenshots and gameplay evidence,
* and copies of their published responsible gambling and dispute resolution procedures.
What concerns me most is not only the conduct itself, but the complete lack of accountability once serious responsible gambling and gameplay concerns were formally raised.
Australian users should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this platform.

I won $600 and when I went to do my withdrawal, they emailed me to verify documents. I then replied back, got an email saying “cash out cancelled, but you can use what you have in your account” go back to login to my Vegas account, and now it’s been banned! I’ve emailed them multiple times but no reply!

Be very careful with this website. They will happily take your deposits and process them quickly. As soon as you want to withdraw money they will stall, block and delay under the guise of needing verification documents. Even if you submit the documents exactly as they request they will still stall and block your withdrawal.

Been over a week now trying to verify my address and payment, an in date bank statement was given and for payment verification my card photo was sent in. Withdrawal issues
After reading the reviews on Vegas stars it looks like I’m not the only only one with issues withdrawing my winnings.
I verified my account and they keep opening up new verification boxes where I need to upload deposit details (card verification) even though I’ve done this. Feels like they are stalling the withdrawal and keep playing games even after I’ve given them all the right documents etc.
More cons than pros with Vegas stars.

I have made multiple withdrawals in the past now nobody can give me answers I have evidence talking to the manager saying he was getting it escalated but now ignoring me I will post all the evidence on here if my money is not paid soon jhil the manager was easy to talk to but I have not had no updates and they have no excuses to pay it

Verification is continuously delayed to stall withdrawal
Verification is continuously delayed. My ID which had already been verified and approved has now come back saying it wasn't accepted. I am waiting on a substantial withdrawal so these are just stalling tactics. Don't use this site they will give you the run around. Live support are absolutely useless.
