One Star – Extremely Disappointed I deposited a significant amount of money into SkyCity Online Casino and submitted all the documents they initially asked for. After taking my deposits, they then demanded an MSD (Ministry of Social Development) breakdown — something that is absolutely none of their business. It felt intrusive and unjustified. Instead of providing a smooth and fair service, they kept asking for more and more personal information even after happily accepting my money. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. Be very cautious before depositing — their verification process is invasive and seems designed to stall withdrawals rather than protect players. They ask for no proof or verification before you deposit money in and start playing but once you win and want to withdraw they ask for everything, they want pic of passport including signature, proof of address, proof of wages, a payslip, a bank statement and when they get the bank statement they go through jt and if you have any payments from IRD or MSD they want all those details as well. Being 3 weeks and still waiting for my money. I've now reached out to department of internal affairs. Do not use this casino!
