Donβt verify account after withdrawal
I had verified my account upto level 2 and had successfully withdrawn funds multiple times that arrived in my bank in a few hours (fast) After trying to withdraw a larger win I have been asked to verify my account upto level 4, needing proof of address and bank account. I have given these documents and was told to wait max 3 days to be verified. Got denied asking for more info which I have given and am still waiting to be verified with no response to what is going on. I have spoken on live chat to try fix the issue with nothing other than upload it again Shame because vegastars is fun and easy to use but the drawn out verification process is making me not want to play anymore unless it gets resolved. Can deposit instantly but withdraw takes days stuck behind a verification wallβ¦
