Same issue that others here have mentioned. I am fully verified and withdrawal still has not been processed. Support tell me it has been escalated but I get no response and the withdrawal stays as pending. Edit: Currently waiting 3 days for a withdrawal. No contact regarding this. I recommend avoiding this site. Edit 2: Funds were processed and received. I can't say the site is a scam but the support available can be difficult to get a straight answer from. If you aren't comfortable going through extensive KYC processes, consider whether you would like to use this site carefully. If you are a crypto user, you are probably better off sticking with crypto casinos. My withdrawal took roughly 4 days to process, but that was also delayed due to KYC. Upgrade rating from 1 to 3.

Been very good until today, I have a pending withdrawal of over $1000 and now Iβm asked for extra verification. Quite frustrating as I have read other reviews and people have said this process takes a while. I also tried to submit more documents but it wouldnβt let me.
