The host sent me a message offering a bonus if I left a 5 star review. In my opinion, reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences, not be influenced by rewards. What disappointed me even more was the support. As soon as I asked about Lossback or any other issue, I either received no helpful response or was simply ignored. They seem very interested in getting positive reviews, but when customers need actual assistance, the support is nowhere to be found. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.
