A live support agent explicitly confirmed in writing that cancelling the bonus would return my deposit to my real balance. After cancelling, my balance became $0. Support later claimed my deposit was forfeited due to wagering, contradicting their earlier written confirmation. This is misleading and unfair. I have full screenshots of all conversations.
