The host sent me a message offering a bonus if I left a 5 star review. In my opinion, reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences, not be influenced by rewards. What disappointed me even more was the support. As soon as I asked about Lossback or any other issue, I either received no helpful response or was simply ignored.
