Warning about Mr Bet NZ
I want to share my experience with Mr Bet so others can be aware before depositing money. I recently won $4,000, but the withdrawal process has been extremely stressful. After requesting my payout, I was asked to complete multiple verification steps. I submitted everything they asked for, yet the process has been delayed with no clear explanation, no timeframe, and very poor communication from support. The lack of transparency around my withdrawal has made me uneasy about whether I will actually receive my funds. Every time I contact support, I receive vague responses and no real updates. For anyone considering using Mr Bet, please be aware that withdrawal delays and verification issues seem to be a common problem. Due to the very negative reviews, I have also submitted a formal complaint with Casino.guru - I suggest you do the same, as I feel this site will either continue to make verification excuses to cause delays, or not pay out my winnings. To add, I have been playing on this site for months, and when I selected withdrawal, coincidentally, I could not withdrawal onto my credit card, but to add to further delay of a payout, had to enter bank transfer details. They happy to take your money off credit card, but apparently will say technical glitch try later, or my bank does not support this. Which is not true. I hope I receive my payout as I have gambled quite a bit of money with this site. I have provided very personal documents, my credit card number blanking out 2 digits, and proof of address as requested. Its unacceptable. ** UPDATE After writing a complaint on here, and submitting a complaint with Casino Guru, I was verified and paid out rather quickly (7days) I don’t believe I would have been paid out had I not done this, and I believe there would have been further delays, I'm grateful for the action Mr Bet took, but my trust for this site is low and I won't be playing on Mr Bet site again.

Verification not good
Mr Bet was a enjoyment of games friendly online staff to help with issues. Although alot of copying and pasting going on when it comes to verification.... I was approved and verified and then I wasn't. I had to get proof I own 2 old cards from the bank. I go do this not a problem. I go get proof from the bank I own 2 cards that no longer work. I upload on verification tab it's still not accepted ! What's not good enough when you have signed letterhead from the bank in pdf form saying i was owner of these 2 cards? The security process has a glitch in the system as t takes real person to overturn this. I do get this happening and then I get paid out. Yes you read correctly I do get paid out. But then again I'm not verified and I'm still waiting to date on a clearance from another card that I know will clear as I have done no wrong other then win on mr bet and it's affiliate partner bruce bet. Please for on going satisfaction and respect to all customers that play on this site understand we are all human and when proof is shown you own cards let it go we are not going prison we are paying customers. All I want do is be respected when proof is shown and accepted and payouts happen. To go back to verification of not being accepted and waiting after being accepted is so disrespectful. Mr bet sort it out . That's all I ask!
