This is my third review of this casino site. It’s absolute fraud! Every “good” review is fake. This is not a genuine site at all. Most of the games never give scatters no matter how much you play and since March I have continually requested for my account to be permanently closed and they refuse to acknowledge any emails. I have already reported this site to the gambling commission and I will be reporting it again. I have lost hundreds if not thousands by playing on slotlair and this is the reason why they refuse to close peoples accounts! It’s a total scam and a fraudulent casino! My mum has played here and multiple times money was taken from her account but never credited and never refunded back to the bank either. They've took my £30 deposit and never returned it. A month ago I deposited £30, this has not appeared on my account and they said it takes 7 working days for bank transfers. After that period of time I contacted them and they said it has been rejected. After I sent bank statement they said they transfer my deposit back which will take 7 working days. After waiting that time money has not been returned to me. For last 10 days I've been contacting them every day and they've been escalating and re-escalating issue to relevant department without any results. Absolutely disgusting

Geachte ik heb afgelopen week een winreeks gehad en daarbij ongeveer 6k gewonnen tijdens een bonus die bezig was met berekenen waardoor ik verwacht een bonus winst van 4k en nog doorging werd het spel beëindigd en met balace op 20€ gezet het geld is weggehaald. On 4 occasions I have emailed asking to have my account permanently closing down, to which each time no one has ever replied! Live chat is absolutely useless. There’s nothing that they can do. I have requested the account to be closed and to be refunded the last deposits I’ve made. I’ve done nothing but make a loss on this site! Site worked fine until today, got a bonus on a fish game, got to 10 spins at x10 and the site didnt register it. Paid everything at x1. Should have paid well over £400 and only ended up paying out £80. Wont be using again.
