Sito di gioco abbastanza intuitivo organizzati bene nell'approccio a catturare il cliente, poco chiaro nei prelievi vincite rifiutate, esempio vinto euro 4000 mi hanno consentito di prelevare un quarto della somma dicendo che ho superato un massimo di prelievo consentito dato che la vincita è stata generata da una vincita bonus di un credito bonus.😄a mio parere se vinco 20 k con un credito da loro concesso esempio bonus di 50 euro per loro non sono prelevabili sono prelevabili solo la somma che loro stabiliscono facendoti sparire addirittura la somma vinta di 20 k 😄praticamente poco chiari nelle loro normative un sito da truffa.secondo me se si vince una somma di esempio 20 k e poi li fai sparire non è una cosa regolare

Currently trying to withdraw over £10,000 and they just keep making excuses wanting proof of payment a bank statement iban number so sent all over and the told need to have full name on bank statement which banks don’t do due to space so looks like I won’t be getting my money . (edit 11/08) after all the verification and sending multiple statements and selfies with id I have had half the money paid out as can only withdraw 5000 a week so apart from the missing around I enjoy the casino

Terrible site

Please, please, please stay away. This site is a Con. I had deposited a few times no problem. The last deposit I made was for £100 and it never credited my gaming account numerous ignored emails and numerous chat. They’re saying it was credited and applied it. I have proof from my bank that was not the case. They’ve literally stole the hundred pounds and refused to give it back. I can’t stress enough stay away.

THE REFUSE TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT

So I have managed to win a few times on slotlair and I’ve always received my winnings. I somehow became a VIP, but I have consistently asked the VIP manager to close my account permanently and he refuses to do so. They won’t close it because they know you’ll keep depositing. I would highly recommend staying away from slotlair because you will become stuck in a never ending cycle. I am thousands of pounds down and I wouldn’t be if they just closed the account as requested a million times. If there was a way I could complain to someone other than slotlair about this then I would. I am honestly considering taking legal action against them. Time and time again I have explained that I have a gambling addiction and they do is offer you a “special bonus” to keep on playing. Or they “suggest to just stay off the site instead of closing it” because clearly that’s easy to do with an addiction. So seriously for anyone looking to open a site I would suggest any other ones and not slotlair

Nice words very little action

I wrote a review back on the 21st of June. highlighting I had a serious gambling issue and I needed my account to be closed as there is no way to self exclude. I got a very polite reply stating they took these things very serious and the support team would be in touch some £15k later still not a word and when I use the chat line they tell me they can’t help. Any advice or genuine reply from Slotlair would be greatly appreciated
