I have been waiting for over 36 hours for a crypto withdrawal to be processed. Every time I have reached out to customer support, they just apologise and give an excuse along the lines of “ we have followed up but your request is with the payments team” This Casino is very quick to take your money, but will ignore your withdrawal request.

Bad service.
My withdrawal took over a week, mucked around by Ai/generic responses from support, had to beg them essentially to pay it. Conflicting information about verification status and payouts from staff. Just a bad experience in general and their website is buggy and has a poor UI, going to stick with big, well known casinos and you should too. Plus they have lower RTP on Hacksaw games compared to other casinos, so no way am I getting 5 Vs on Wanted with them lol.
