Extremely disappointing experience with a cancelled withdrawal and no timely notification I have been using Spinbit for some time and recently experienced a situation that has left me extremely disappointed. I requested a NZ$500 withdrawal via Skrill. The withdrawal remained pending for several hours and was then cancelled. The funds were returned to my playable balance without me being notified beforehand. At the time, I was actively communicating with customer support because I was trying to understand what had happened to my withdrawal. I was not informed during that conversation that the withdrawal had been cancelled, that the funds had been returned to my playable balance, or that I needed to submit a withdrawal via bank transfer instead. Because I had not been notified that the withdrawal had been cancelled and the money had been returned to my playable balance, I unknowingly went on to use the funds. Spinbit later acknowledged in writing that: I was not given the opportunity to amend the withdrawal method before the cancellation. I was not notified before the funds were returned to my playable balance. The issue was not communicated to me during my live chat. The delayed notification and lack of guidance resulted in the funds being unknowingly used. Despite acknowledging these communication failures, Spinbit ultimately refused to reinstate the NZ$500 and repeatedly relied on its Closed Loop Policy. I also raised questions about the specific Skrill transactions in my account history, including cancelled Skrill deposits, and asked how these transactions were treated when determining the applicable withdrawal method. Rather than answering those specific questions, I repeatedly received the same general explanation about the Closed Loop Policy. There were also inconsistencies in the explanations provided. At one point, I was told that the closed-loop system could not be applied to bonuses, while later I was told that my weekly cashback was subject to the Closed Loop Policy because it ultimately originated from deposits. I also previously had documented issues with withdrawal and verification processes. My VIP manager had previously confirmed that a note had been added to my account requiring full document approval before withdrawals were processed to avoid repeated interruptions, and that feedback had been escalated regarding repeated verification requests and conflicting support communication. Despite this history, I was again placed in a situation where my withdrawal was cancelled, the funds were returned to my playable balance without timely notification, and I was not informed during live chat while I was actively trying to understand what had happened. I understand that players have responsibilities when using an online casino. However, when a casino acknowledges that its own notification and communication failures contributed to funds being unknowingly used, I believe it is reasonable to expect those failures to be properly considered when resolving the dispute. Unfortunately, Spinbit ultimately confirmed that its decision was final. I would strongly recommend that anyone using Spinbit carefully monitor their account balance and withdrawal status, as a withdrawal may apparently be cancelled and the funds returned to your playable balance without timely notification. This review reflects my personal experience and the written correspondence I received from Spinbit. The NZ$500 was returned to my playable balance without me being notified. I was actively communicating with your support team at the time because I was trying to find out what had happened to my withdrawal, yet I was not told that it had been cancelled or that the funds had been returned to my playable balance. SpinBit previously acknowledged in writing that: I was not given the opportunity to amend the withdrawal method; I was not notified before the funds were returned to my playable balance; the issue was not communicated during my live chat; and the delayed notification and lack of guidance resulted in the funds being unknowingly used. Your response now simply says that the decision to wager the funds was mine. That does not address the fact that I was unaware the funds had been returned to my playable balance, nor does it address the communication failures that SpinBit itself previously acknowledged. I also note that my Skrill transaction confirmations clearly identify the payment as a Skrill payment. The confirmation email is from Skrill, the transaction appears as SKR*Skrill.com, and the payment was processed through my Skrill account.while paysafecard is listed as the underlying payment instrument. Spinbit don't reply on emails. As soon Winning money more then 4k . They stop replying and ignore . My wife E-mail you Many times but you guys ignore it . Awful customer service
Awful customer service. They only give you the same answers over and over. I won $5,000, and I'm trying to withdraw it. And all they do is just say, "We've contacted the internal team. Thank you so much," da-da-da-da-da. They do nothing. They just sit there and delay you over and over and over. It's been two weeks. These people do nothing. Do not play at this casino.
