Also ich habe ca. vor über einer Woche Geld bei Mr. Bet eingezahlt. Habe früher auch schon mal dort gespielt und war eigentlich ganz zufrieden zumal auch die Auszahlung problemlos geklappt hat. Nun aber habe ich mehr als 3.000 € gewonnen und möchte mein Geld natürlich ausbezahlt bekommen. Wollte das über Bank Transfer tun, da für mich keine andere Auszahlungsmethode in Frage kommt. Schließlich habe ich auch über Klarna eingezahlt. Nun zu meinem Problem. Die Auszahlung funktioniert nicht, da der Auszahlungsbutton grau unterlegt ist. Habe den Support darüber informiert und dieser teilte mir mit, dass es an die zuständige Abteilung abgegeben wurde und diese sich bei mir meldet. Das einzigste was mir gesagt worden ist ich solle Cookies und Verlauf löschen, Browser und Geräte wechseln. Hat alles nicht funktioniert (FÜNF Geräte!!). Mittlerweile warte ich seit einer Woche das mein Problem gelöst wird, aber ich werde immer wieder vertröstet. Keiner bietet mir eine Lösung an oder sagt mir woran es liegt. Verifizieren muss ich mich derzeit auch nicht. Finde das sehr unseriös und mittlerweile auch unverschämt. Und ob man sich das heutzutage bei den Angeboten an Online - Casinos noch leisten kann ist mehr als fraglich. Ich bleibe trotzdem noch positiv und werde über den Ausgang natürlich berichten.

Excellent site, great selection of games that get updated weekly and the withdrawals are super fast.
On sign up I made sure to fully verify my account before I deposited. I did have one withdrawal decline which I had made to my bank and was told I had to withdraw to my card. Which I'm glad happened as every single withdrawal I've had since has shown in my account within minutes of it being accepted, which took about 5 minutes total after withdrawing. Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company. They keeping asking me for the same documents for verification, although the documents has been already verified before. They takes as an excuse to keep my money more than two weeks now. The instant chat help desk is hopeless, they not helping to solve the problem but only saying that need to wait for email reply. However every email they take couples days to reply. I hope everyone see my commend and won't get on the hook. I will placed negative commend everyday till my problem been solved, and updated the final result.

I have made successful withdrawal about twice no problem, my account have been verified. The third withdrawal was terrible, the casino is asking me to send my documents for verification again. The verification process should only be once. I sent my docs again took few days for them to reply. This casino will try to delay your withdrawal making excuses; end up losing my money for waiting too long. Stay away, this casino is a SCAM. They love you making deposits but when making withdrawal they will try to make excuses to delay your payment.
