It’s been almost a year February of…
It’s been almost a year February of 2022 that I left a negative review about my experience with this company. Fast forward to present day I got a email that they are trying to get review taken down asking for reference number assuming people don’t keep things lol. Ours chase number was WP1170402. That being said. Whenever anyone not just me files a claim of fraud with your credit card company they don’t just take your word if that the case everybody could say fraud and get their money back anytime. But 1st they ask you for purchases information then contact whatever company you purchased something from and ask what was purchased, when was it purchased and was it delivered if yes they tell of complaint made not assuming they are wrong just proof that their customer received what was charged if so that customer is paying. They ask if customer made complaint if so proof of it and companies communication with customer including emails, phone calls, letters if applied and they gather information. Then the customer of the same credit card company requires the same from the one making complaint to see who indeed is trying to make a accurately fair decision based on facts alone then they say indeed if it was fraud or not. Whichever one that has provided all the evidence required by both parties which if you know is more than people think to get matter resolved by both parties they award the charge to go to the one beyond a doubt have proven they have been a victim of Fraud. I received my money back from my credit card company so that says it all. Now i know people have used somebody in this company and has had excellent experience and customer service and support. But keep in mind we all have not had this experience not that it is all individuals selling through this company but what I and others have dealt with. So for that reason and only that reason I leave a review which is 100 percent correct with my. Key word is my experience with this company without any corrections to make it right in almost a year but yet I get a email that they will take time, effort, to try to get a negative review from a trusted source used by millions shows me I didn’t matter then and even less now. So now I only respond because of the insanity of I rather spend time getting this review down instead of correcting the wrong proven by all the evidence provided by both parties and you being found guilty by the credit card company. For that reason only every time I see a add for them I will warn people of the fraud I had done to me with no willingness to correct but instead hide it. Yes I still have the purchase number, all the emails, the messages sent thru Facebook messenger thinking people aren’t wise enough to screenshot all conversations. And the same solid truth I provided to all including reaching out very politely to make my 1st concern about problem to the company Market4Gamers and the automated responses I received every time I reached out. Sorry for long review. I’m as quilty as anyone else of making a mistake and doing wrong. But I correct them as soon as I can so I’m not perfect by any means. But is it now ok to have fraud committed to you from a business and that business does nothing to right the wrong in this case almost a year but we now live where just complain about the complaint instead of fixing it and it should go away ? Sad. Very sad

Absolutely disgusting seller. Advertising accounts that are not suitable for all countries. Bought ROK account GAMOTA version, of which I had no idea, as it wasn't advertised and described correctly. Absolutely fraud, made a payment for the account and been told that everything is as it should be, but NO. This version is only fully playable in Vietnam only, you need to use some emulators to play anywhere else. Also didn't give full access to the account in subject, as I have no control of Facebook profile that this account is also linked too. Trying to get my money back and contacted the seller numerous times, but they simply ignoring messages and not responding to them. Do not use them, they are DISGRACEFUL and shamble. You have been warned.

Absolutely disgusting, I have over 70 deposits with the minimum being 50eu up to my biggest 400eu, majority around 100eu. I had not won any money for all those deposits, usually it’s just a rinse from deposit amount to 0 balance within minutes with an average RTP of 20% across all their slots. Maybe I am just unlucky. However, this casino constantly declines my deposits whereas all other casinos accept them first time with no issues. Recently I had a 50 eu deposit and I made it to 200 eu, which is probably the only time I have even been more than 20 eu above my original deposit starting balance on this site, I decided I am gonna withdraw verification process the most lengthy and absurd verification process I have ever had to go through in a casino just to have the withdraw on pending for more than a week after all that was done and I had no problem cancelling it and losing the money, not a big deal. All I have ever gotten as a compensation from this casino is free spins on the absolute minimum bet of course 5 cents or something like that for over the 5k+ euros I have deposited. I do not recommend it to anyone, tons of other casinos who have just as much games as them and let you withdraw your money without making it an absolute hassle the one time out of 50 that you even get to win.
