Terrible support, complete SCAM, don't give them a cent. I made a deposit, several minutes later my account got disabled, without any explanation, without making a single bet, just disabled. already 2 days they are saying they are investigating my case, but not providing any time frame to resolve, no updates and still no actual explanations.. tey just stole my deposit and I'm about to file everything with chat transcripts, ticketing emails, proof of payment for the deposit and screenshots to the Malta gambling regulators, hopefully they fine them at least!! Again don't deposit in spinia!!!

Warning. Couldn't get my own money back or my winnings. Caused me a lot of stress. Deposited $60 and won over $1200. They said they would deposit the money but waited and waited and nothing. Emailed them and just wanted my $60 and they asked for further bank details which I reluctantly gave. Then waited weeks and contacted them again. Then they asked for even more bank information which I also gave and then waited more. Then emailed them after nothing and unbelievably they asked me for my bank statements from the last few months so they can investigate why the money hasn't been deposited. Of course they can see from their side when the money was supposedly deposited. I'm not sharing my personal bank statements with them. I've sent them so much info which could be shared with third parties. Sadly I've just given up. DON'T USE THEM! Terrible!
