I submitted a withdrawal 1 week ago today. They asked for verification and I submitted documents 64hrs later they rejected 2 of the documents and I admit was my fault for not reading the process properly, I resubmitted the proper documents and it’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard anything, I contacted support and they say it takes 24 to 48hrs and that’s all.
